Typewriter Studies (2026)
Circular typewriter characters are repeated and overlaid to accumulate into textured grounds that draw attention to the masked and semi-masked circle at the centre. These works explore how the circle can be defined through absence and negative space, revealing how omission can be the primary force in shaping form and focus.

Reconfigured Circle (2026)
Using the manufactured pattern of the typewriter, sheets of circular key strokes are layered by multiple passes through the photocopier, to create an organic and entropic language as a means of introducing texture to the motif. Happen-chance with low toner created an unexpected bank of collaging material that initiated the use of contrast.
Reconfigured Circles (2026) plays with splitting the circle vertically in half, and working with the two semi circle motifs to shift and alter their spatial occupation. The mount acts as an active extension of the composition, altering what is
